📧 Cold-Email Outreach Specialist

Location: Remote (excludes EU, USA, Australia, UK, Canada)

Compensation: USD 400/month + performance incentives from Month 2–3

❓ Overview

Inbox Navigator is scaling its outbound engine and needs a hands‑on Outreach Specialist to run it end‑to‑end. You’ll own lead sourcing, inbox health, campaign launches, and reporting. No micro‑management—just clear SOPs, fast execution, and constant optimization so founders can focus on strategy.

🛠️ Responsibilities

1️⃣ 🧲 Lead List Creation

• Use Apollo, ListKit, PhantomBuster and or Apify and other tools to assemble targeted prospect lists and create campaign ready high quality lists.
• Segment, deduplicate, and enrich data with basic firmographics.
• Implement a recycling cadence: re-engage unresponsive contacts every 2–3 months with tailored sequences.
• Create targeted lead lists of our various ICPs to execute world class campaigns

2️⃣ 🔍 Data Enrichment & Verification

• Load CSVs into Clay and map enrichment fields (company size, industry, location).
• Validate email deliverability with Reoon/NeverBounce workflows.
• Maintain bounce rate ≤ 3% by filtering out invalid or low-quality addresses.
